Laundry Room Update

So, when you're traveling all the time, its hard to complete home improvement projects in a timely fashion. We've made a bit of progress. The tile is down, the washer and dryer are in, the doorway is moved and the cabinetry arrived last week.

Believe it or not the tile, when viewed up close looks like wooden floor boards but its a cool tile that comes in planks with wood grain instead of squares. Like I said, when Jesse sends me for tile all alone, I went a little crazy.

What a cute butt! - Good thing I am the only one of us who writes or looks at this blog - he might be a bit unhappy with me. :)

Can you believe this is the third house that we have placed some sort of bathroom fixture (toilet or tub) outside in the yard, on the sidewalk, or on a balcony. In San Diego, we actually had 2 toilets in the backyard at one point!

Hopefully, we'll finish the laundry room soon. But we travel again next weekend - wedding this time!
