So, this has been sitting in my draft box for about 5 weeks - So, I'll just post it and post another for Christmas in a day or so!
Just thought I'd post a few pictures of our recent activities. While my mom was here for 2+ weeks (which was awesome!) we had a chance to bake cookies. Now, a 1-year old's concept of rolling out cookie dough and decorating cookies with sprinkles is, well...limited! But we had fun anyway. Mostly, we just provided insta-sugar highs for the kids!
Joanna came over to help decorate cookies, it's always more fun to have 3 sugar-crazed toddlers on the loose!
We've also been doing a lot of bike riding around Palo Alto. As it turns out PA is a pretty bike friendly place, having spent the past 5 years on a mission to get 10% of the population biking as a form of commuting. It didn't hit 10% but 6% pf its population commutes to work on a regular basis. So,m we invested in a bike trailer and bought helmets for the kids and let the games begin.
